Under what conditions would I not receive a full refund?
We can not sell a returned article that has the smell of cigarettes and ask that you take any and all precaution to return the article smoke free and pet free in the condition you received it. Should the product be damaged in anyway there would not be a full refund.
Shipping costs?
We charge flat rate shipping of $5.00 per item. You should wait for an adjusted invoice prior to paying if you purchase more than one item.
